Christmas gift.

I am learning as I go with the Memory Catcher Books and I am seriously loving every minute of it. I was able to present another book to a dear friend I work with today and we BOTH were getting teary eyed.
I thought I would put a few pics in to give others and idea of what a "complete" book looks like-

For a Friend

I work with someone that I SO admire. Her name is Katie. She is the most postive person I think I have ever met. Amidst ANY struggle she may be facing, she is constantly smiling and she MAKES you want to be around her.

We found out that I know her cousin, John Maxim from "back in the day" before we were all married, kids, etc. It is always fun to see what a small world it really is. When she told me her cousin, John's sister Dana died in a tragic motorcycle accident, I promptly offered to make a Memory Catcher Book for his family.

Katie has been so great and so supportive of the effort, her gratitude is beyond measure and it makes me love her even more!

The memories being outpoured about Dana have been AMAZING! It has been hard to keep up with the many people who knew and loved this girl so very much.

If you knew Dana, please send an email to myself, John Maxim or any member of the Henderson Family and we will include it in this book.

Thank you Katie, thank you John for letting me do this for your family...

Review

I recently made a Memory Catcher Book for a dear family friend, Paul Puffer. My Dad delivered the book to his wife, Carma and shortly after I recived a wonderful card in the mail within it contained the sweetest words I could have ever heard. In the note she said how proud I make my Mom and Dad. It was JUST what I needed to hear and I loved it.

Please. If you are considering doing something like this to either accent a photo book you have done, or if you just think it might be good idea. Please reach out to me. Getting her note, reminded me of why I feel so passionately about these Memory Catcher Books.

Here it is... my first review

-I have laughed! I have cried! I have throughly ENJOYED this bood so far as I have been able to read (and I'm only through the first 15 pages!)

-It brings a lively hope beyond what I ever anticipated...

-I am relishing every note, comment, picture, event.

I am also in the process of making one for another family friend, Jon Birk. Please help by contributing to his book so this family can have some of the same responses. Thank you!

Paul Puffer

It's done. It's complete. It's pretty amazing.
I was able to make a Memory Catcher Book for Paul Puffer, a very close family friend and I am SO pleased at how it turned out. I look back at the first book I did for my Mom and, like many things in life, have improved as I go. I cannot wait to give it to the family and only wish I could do so in person.

I hope it gives them as much joy, laughter, and tears of happiness that it gave me while I put it together. It just solidifies if for me. JUST how strongly I feel about Memory Catcher Books and how I wish everyone could have one (or more than one!) of the special people in thier lives.

I am in the process of starting up another for another family friend. I hope it works out. There are so many details and a small window of time to "catch" the memories while fresh on peoples minds. I hope each and every person who knew this kind and gentle soul will put it on thier "to-do" list and make it a priority to share a memory for the family.
